Join the Let’s Dig Working Group for this free evening event on Thursday, September 26, 6:30 pm-8:30 pm at the Jasper High School Community Room. 1600 St. Charles St. Jasper, IN 47546.

Let’s Dig Working Group consists of the Dubois County Soil and Water Conservation District, Purdue Extension, The Sisters of St. Benedict, and Dubois County FFA Chapters. “Let’s Dig” stands for Local Education and Testing of Soils in Dubois County to Improve Gardens.

Learn about ways to extend you gardening season and how to prepare your garden for the winter.  We will have two have two speakers for the evening.  Heidi Potter (Purdue Extension) and Megan Ayers (Southeast Urban Soil Health Specialist) will give us insight into how they extend their gardening season and prepare their gardens for winter.  Doors will open at 6:00 pm with supper starting as participants arrive, with the presentation starting at 6:30 pm.
