Sheriff David Henderson and the Orange County Sheriff’s Department have made meaningful contributions to two local charitable programs, furthering their commitment to helping children and families in the community.

A large lot of coats and jackets were donated to the Coats for Kids Charity of Orange County, thanks to a generous donation from a resident. This contribution will provide essential winter clothing to children in need throughout the county.

The department also continues to support the Rick Magill Clothe-A-Child program, which provides clothing for children who may otherwise go without. Sheriff Henderson and his team take pride in partnering with these organizations to make a positive impact on local families.

Additionally, the Sheriff’s Department received a $400 donation from Springs Valley Bank and Trust Company, which will be used to purchase items for the community Halloween event at Jaycee Park in Paoli. The department plans to distribute these items during the event, enhancing the fun and engagement for children and families in attendance.

The Sheriff’s Office expresses its deep appreciation to Springs Valley Bank and Trust for their generous contribution and to the residents who made the coat donation possible. These partnerships play a vital role in supporting local charitable efforts and ensuring children in Orange County are well cared for, both now and in the future.
