She says she does hope she made a good impact in the community while working for the chamber and thanked anyone who has lent a helping hand or taken a moment to listen to what she may have had to say.

Wertman says she’ll stay involved in the community in whatever way she can.

In a release chamber president Al Mihajlovits, on behalf of the chamber’s board of directors, thanked Wertman for her service.

He said during her time with the chamber, Wertman has advanced the chamber’s technology base, redesigning the website, creating a new format for our e-newsletter, as well as updating and pulling a new audience to our social media pages.

He noted Wertman also brought new ideas to events and says the chamber’s executive committee will discuss replacing Wertman at an upcoming meeting.
