Kaylee M. Lane, age 15, of Hopkinsville, Kentucky, formerly of Jasper, Indiana, passed away at 6:35 p.m. on Thursday, May 17, 2018, at Skyline Medical Center in Nashville, Tennessee.

Kaylee was born in Jasper, Indiana, on March 23, 2003 to Jerald and Michelle (St. Clair) Lane.

Kaylee was a freshman at Christian County High School.

She was a member of the cross country and track teams and color guard, and was trying out for the cheerleading team.  She was going to join the Junior ROTC, as she wanted to be a member of the United States Air Force.

Surviving are her parents, Jerald and Michelle Lane, Hopkinsville, KY, two sisters, Elezabeth Hearn, Hopkinsville, KY, Nalani Peters, Jasper, IN, three brothers, Duane Lane, Cannon Air Force Base, NM, Jadon Lane, Hopkinsville, KY, and Toby Lane, Hopkinsville, maternal grandparents, Pamela and Paul St. Clair, Santa Claus, IN, paternal grandparents, Jerald and Patricia Lane, Kingman, AZ, aunts, Gabrielle Burress, Evansville, IN, Kristy Hilgeman, Ferdinand, IN, Stephani Lane, Jasper, IN, and uncles, Johnn-Paul St. Clair, Santa Claus, IN, Chad Lane, Ferdinand, IN, Greg Lane, Jasper, IN.

A funeral service for Kaylee M. Lane will be held at 6:00 p.m. on Tuesday, May 22, 2018, at the Becher-Kluesner Downtown Chapel in Jasper, Indiana, with burial to follow at a later date.

A visitation will be held from 1:00 p.m. until the 6:00 p.m. service time at the funeral home.
