Virginia Stemle, “Ginny” age 81 of Celestine, Indiana, passed away at 10:05 a.m. on Saturday, June 9, 2018, at The Timbers of Jasper.

Virginia was born in Celestine, Indiana on October 24, 1936  to Otto and Esther (Schultz) Stemle.

She was a member of St. Isadore Parish – St. Celestine Campus.

She enjoyed reading and spending time with family.

Surviving is one sister, Sylvia Schepers, San Diego, California, two brothers, David Stemle (Doris), Celestine, and Steve Stemle (Grace), Derby, IN, nieces and nephews.

Preceding her in death were her parents.

Mass of Christian Burial or Virginia Stemle will be held at 11:00 a.m. on Friday, June 15, 2018, at St. Celestine Catholic Church, with burial to follow in St. Celestine Cemetery.

A visitation will be held from 9:00 a.m. until the 11:00 a.m. service time on Friday at St. Celestine Catholic Church.

Memorial contributions may be made to St. Isadore Parish or a favorite charity.
