The suspect in a Spencer County shooting was arrested for attempted murder.
Indiana State Police Detective Brock Werne, Trooper Rafferty, along with US Marshals arrested 21 -year-old Lacoy Jones of Boonville, outside a home in Cynthiana for an outstanding Spencer County Arrest Warrant this afternoon.
Jones was arrested for allegedly shooting an adult make on July 6th near Dale during a fireworks gathering after an alteration occurred.
Jones was booked into the Spencer County Jail with no bond.
