A Perry County woman is seriously injured after an off-road vehicle accident in Martin County Saturday night.

Police say 21-year-old Kaitlyn Pund of Springville was a passenger on a Polaris Ranger when it rolled over and threw her in a private field near Bear Hill Road.

Pund suffered serious injuries and was airlifted from the scene to Deaconess Hospital in Evansville for treatment.

Investigators say Pund wasn’t wearing a seatbelt at the time of the accident. Other passengers in the Polaris were wearing seatbelts and not injured.
