The Jasper Police Department is asking for information regarding a Personal Injury Accident.

According to police, a silver or gray van struck a pedestrian crossing the street at the intersection of 9th Street and Main Street around 5:15 am Saturday, December 7th.

The van left the scene after briefly checking on the injured pedestrian.

Police say the van was last seen going northbound on Newton Street from the 9th Street intersection.

No information about the driver or vehicle was shared at the scene.
