A tornado siren located by the Dubois County Humane Society isn’t working.

Officials learned the siren is inoperable during the regular monthly testing of citywide tornado sirens on December 1st. 

Until further notice, this siren will be out of service until repairs are completed.

All homeowners and business owners in the area are encouraged to check their NOAA weather radios to make sure they have fresh batteries.
