A Washington man is facing child molesting and rape charges.
Police arrested 40-year-old Jason Conley after executing a search warrant at his home on Sunday.
The arrest comes after a report was filed by the Indiana Department of Child Services looking into an alleged sexual assault of a minor.
Conley was booked into the Daviess County Security Center and charged with Child Molesting, Rape, and Incest.
