A Jasper man was arrested Sunday night on multiple charges.

Last night, a Jasper Police Officer stopped 38-year-old Aaron Schwartz after Schwartz was seen swerving all over the road.

Schwartz showed signs of intoxication. After a field sobriety test, he was taken to Memorial Hospital where he was given a chemical test. Schwartz tested positive for benzodiazepines and a BAC of .09.

Schwarz was taken to and booked into the Dubois County Security Center and was charged with OWI with a Prior Conviction and OWI Endangerment. He was cited for false and fictitious plate, left of center, and no valid driver’s license.
