A woman was arrested on domestic battery charges in Jasper.

On Monday evening, Jasper Police were called to a residence after they were told a physical domestic incident was taking place.

When officers arrived, they found that 36-year-old Britney Lanpher had battered someone.

While on the scene, officers found marijuana as well as paraphernalia.

Lanpher was charged with domestic battery in the presence of a juvenile, a Level 6 Felony, possession of marijuana, a Class B Misdemeanor, and possession of paraphernalia, a Class C Misdemeanor.

Lanpher was lodged into the Dubois County Security Center.
