A Jasper man is facing jail time after a lengthy child molesting investigation.
State Police began investigating in October of 2020 after allegations of improper sexual contact between an adult male and a girl under the age of 14.
This led to the arrest of 20-year-old Mauricio Bolanos.
He was booked into the Dubois County Security Center on Monday for felony counts of child molesting and sexual misconduct.
According to the jail website, he was released on his own recognizance at noon Tuesday.
