A Washington man was arrested yesterday on charges of rape, criminal confinement, sexual battery and domestic violence. Officers with the Washington Police Department arrested 26-year-old Jesus Laviena Friday. He is currently being held in the Daviess County Security Center on a $100,000 bond.
