State lawmakers are considering cutting income taxes and revisit property taxes next year.  House Speaker Todd Huston of Fishers says more relief is needed for people and adds it is possible due to the state’s solid financial footing.  He would not predict how much of a tax cut could be considered as the state is still phasing in the income tax cut passed this spring.
