On Friday Evening, February 23rd, Trooper Chase Snider stopped a vehicle for going 115 mph on State Road 66 near Grandview. Trooper Snider made contact with the driver, Chris Burnette. Burnette showed visible signs of impairment. Burnette was subsequently arrested for operating while impaired and reckless driving. Burnette was transported to the Spencer County jail where he is being held on bond.

OVWI – Class A Misdemeanor

Reckless Driving – Class A Misdemeanor

Arresting Officer – Trooper Chase Snider
