The Monroe County Prosecutor’s Office announced that no charges will be filed against the 55 individuals arrested for criminal trespass during pro-Palestinian protests at Indiana University in late April. The arrests, made by Indiana State Police between April 25th and 27th, resulted in campus bans for many of those detained, including students and faculty. The ACLU of Indiana is suing the university over these bans.
