Key Responsibilities Include:
- Supervising inmates in a secure and humane manner.
- Enforcing facility rules to ensure the safety of inmates, staff, and visitors.
- Conducting regular checks to maintain order and prevent escapes.
- Assisting in the intake, processing, and release of inmates.
- Reporting and documenting incidents and rule violations.
- Collaborating with fellow officers and law enforcement to maintain a safe facility.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Ability to remain composed in challenging situations.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Physical fitness to meet the demands of the position.
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
