The Jasper Street Department will close Franklin Street at the E. 15th Street intersection on Friday, October 4th starting at 8:00am. This closure to replace asphalt pavement from a storm sewer replacement should reopen by noon the same day. Motorists may use Royal Street and 14th Street as a detour.
This closure will take place barring inclement weather or any other unforeseen event.
