The city’s springtime tradition continues as Tell City prepares for its 4th Annual Mayor’s Easter Egg Hunt, scheduled for Saturday, April 19, 2025, at City Hall Park.

The community event will run from 10:00 to 11:30 AM and is specifically designed for children ages 2-12. Parents are reminded to bring baskets for their children to collect eggs during the hunt.

This year’s Easter Egg Hunt will be hosted at City Hall Park on Saturday, April 19th. The Mayor’s Office is asking the public for donations of candy to help make this a special event for the children. Those who wish to donate can drop items off at City Hall in the Mayor’s Office.

Community involvement has been important to the event’s success in previous years. The Mayor’s Office anticipates a good turnout as families gather to enjoy this springtime celebration.

City officials have arranged for the hunt to accommodate children ages 2-12, ensuring that all participants have opportunities to enjoy the festivities.

Those seeking additional information about the event or donation opportunities are encouraged to contact the organizers at 812-547-5511.
