Clara L. Rhoades, age 69 of Jasper, Indiana passed away at 3:57 p.m. Saturday, (March 5, 2016) at the Sentara Nursing & Hospice Center in Virginia Beach, Virginia.

Clara RoadesShe was born on September 10, 1946 to John W. and Dorothea (Martindale) Patterson. She married James Rhoades February 15, 1969 at Naval Air Station in Willow Grove, PA.

Clara was a homemaker and member of the Grace Community Church in Jasper.

She enjoyed the Outer Banks watching Dolphin’s, was an avid bowler and her bible study was very dear to her.

Funeral services for Clara Rhoades will be held at 2:00 p.m. Monday, (March 14, 2016) at the Becher-Kluesner North Chapel in Jasper with burial to follow in Shiloh Cemetery. The Rev. Jim Neely will officiate.
