Vincent Lee Dearing, age 57, of Huntingburg, passed away at 2:25 p.m., on Tuesday, March 15, 2016, at University of Louisville Hospital in Louisville, Kentucky.

Vincent Dearing enhanced Obituary Photo596_edited-1He was born December 10, 1958, in Huntingburg, Indiana to Jackie Lee and Frieda (Kendall) Dearing. He married Tina R. Mullis on November 20, 1987, at the Northside Pentecostal Church in Huntingburg. Vince was a field service technician for the Jasper Group, where he worked for the past 28 years. He held the position of Bishop at The House of Prayer Ministries in Huntingburg; was a veteran of the United States Army; and loved studying the Bible. Vince was preceded in death by his father, Jackie Lee Dearing.

Frieda (Art, Sr.) Ross of Huntingburg, Ind.;

Art Ross, Jr. of Jasper, Ind.;
Two sisters,
Idana Crowe of Duff, Ind.,
Brenda Zajicek of Golden, Colorado;
and one granddaughter,
Alayna Dearing.

Funeral services for Vincent Lee Dearing will be held at 2:00 p.m., E.D.T., on Sunday, March 20, 2016, at the Nass & Son Funeral Home in Huntingburg with burial to follow at the Birdseye Cemetery in Birdseye. The V.F.W. Post #2366 Memorial Detail will conduct military graveside rites. Officiating at the funeral service will be Bishop Jeremiah Pitts, Rev. Charles Collins, Art Ross Jr., Kenton Ross and Rev. Charlie Lawson.

Friends may call for visitation at the Nass & Son Funeral Home in Huntingburg from 2:00-8:00 p.m., on Saturday; and also from 12noon-2:00 p.m., on Sunday.
