Lyle William Pitsonbarger, Jr., age 63, of Corydon, Kentucky, passed away at 7:35 p.m., C.S.T., on Thursday, December 15, 2016, at St. Mary’s Medical Center in Evansville.

He was born October 21, 1953, in Ottawa, Illinois to Lyle Pitsonbarger, Sr. and Blanche Virginia (Wise) Pitsonbarger. Lyle was a truck driver. He enjoyed working on cars and trucks; was very family oriented; and was a best friend whom you could always talk with. He was preceded in death by his parents; his wife, Shelia Kay (Hagemeyer) Pitsonbarger, who passed away August 25, 2013; and twin brothers, Albert and Allen Pitsonbarger.

He is survived by seven children, Debbie Sue Hurt of Evansville, IN, Kimberly Pitsonbarger of Corydon, KY, Christine Pitsonbarger of Corydon, KY, Lyle Pitsonbarger III of KY, April Taylor of KY, Paula Oglesby of IN, and Angel Pitsonbarger of KY; seven siblings, Daniel Pitsonbarger of KY, David Pitsonbarger of KY, Donald Pitsonbarger of VA, Johnathon Pitsonbarger of KY, Kathy Keene of KY, Mary Lyon of KY, and Blanche Saeur of IN; by (15) grandchildren and (3) great grandchildren.

Funeral services for Lyle Pitsonbarger, Jr. will be held at 2:00 p.m., E.S.T., on Monday, December 19, 2016, at the Nass & Son Funeral Home in Huntingburg with burial to follow at the Zoar Cemetery in Zoar, Indiana. Pastor Nathan Herron will officiate at the service.
