Affected areas include: CLARK … CRAWFORD … DUBOIS … FLOYD … HARRISON … JEFFERSON … ORANGE … PERRY … SCOTT … WASHINGTON 

Accumulating snow resulting in snow covered roads. Light to moderate snow across central Kentucky and southern Indiana will continue to result in snow covered and slick roads. Accidents have been reported across the area, so motorist should use caution: slow down, leave plenty of distance ahead of you. The Winter Weather Advisory will remain in effect until 7 am EST Friday.

Timing… an initial round of snow this morning with a second wave of snow coming through the region this afternoon and evening.

Main Impact…1 to 3 inches of snow with localized 4 inch amount possible. Plan on difficult travel conditions with snow covered roads.
