VU Jasper will offer is Kids’ College summer programming June through July for this upcoming summer.

Kids’ College, in its’ 17th year, provides a variety of programming for children entering K through 8th grade.

Summer 2017 schedule is:

  • Destination Science!, June 5 to 7, 9am to Noon, for students entering grades 4 to 8.
  • Video Game Design, June 5 to 7, 9am to Noon, for students entering grades 4 & up.
  • All About STEM, June 5 to 7, 1 to 4pm, for students entering grades 4 to 8.
  • Volleyball Camp, June 7 to 9, 9am to Noon, for students entering grades 3 to 9.
  • Bombers Baseball Camp, June 12 to 14, 9am to Noon, for students entering grades 1 to 8.
  • Gaming Mathematics, June 12 to 14, 9am to Noon, for students entering grades 3 to 8.
  • Sewing and Knitting, June 13 to 15, 9am to Noon, for students entering grades 3 to 9.
  • Amusement Park Physics, June 15 & 16, 9am to Noon, for students entering grades 3 to 8.
  • Junior Chef, June 17 & 24, 9am to 1pm, for students entering grades 3 to 9.
  • Boys Basketball, June 19 to 21, 9:30am to Noon, for students entering grades 2 to 8.

  • Rockin’ Robots with OZOBOT, June 26 to 28, 9am to Noon, for students entering grades 4 to 8.
  • Archery, June 26 to 29, 6:30 to 8:30pm, for students entering grades 4 to 8.
  • From Backyard Bugs to Prehistoric Pals, June 27 to 29, 1 to 4pm, for students entering grades K -3.
  • Get into Gardening and Beginning Floral Design, June 27 to 29, 9 to 11am,
    for students entering grades 4 to 8.
  • Design, Innovation & Manufacturing Experience (DIME), July 10 to 14, 9am to 3pm, for students entering grades 7 to 10.
  • Problem Solving Detectives, July 10 to 12, 8:30 to 11:30am, for students entering grades 4 to 8.
  • What Lies Beneath?, July 17 to 20, 8:30 to 11:30 am, for students entering grades 4 to 6.
  • Coding for Kids, July 17 to 19, 9am to Noon, for students entering grades 4 to 8.
  • Experimazing!, July 18 to 20, 1 to 4pm, for students entering grades K to 3.
  • Autodesk Inventor: Intro to Solid Modeling and 3D printing, July 17, 18, 20 & 21, 9am to Noon, for students entering grades 5 & up.
  • Dessert and Cookie Making, July 22 & 29, 9 am to 1pm, for students entering
    grades 3 to 9.
