The Dubois County Sheriff’s Department has arrested 64 year old Eddie H Roos of 10656 S Co Rd 200 West, four and a half miles north of St. Henry.
On April 30th 2017 the Sheriffs Department was contacted about an incident involving a sex offense with a victim who was over the age of 14. That same day the Dubois County Sheriff’s Department opened an investigation and a forensic interview took place.
Roos was arrested for a Level 3 felony count of rape, two Level 4 felony counts of sexual misconduct with a minor and a Level 6 felony count of criminal confinement
Deputies took Roos into custody at his residence on 5/1/17. He is being held without bond pending a court appearance in Dubois Circuit Court at 2:00 p.m. today.
