Will Read and Sing For Food looks to benefit the Community Food Bank and Shared Abundance when they perform their 10th show this Sunday June 4th at the Holland Commons.

The show which will begin at 7 pm is part of the Holland Events Committee’s Lawn Chair Concerts series. The new venue is located at Fourth and Main Streets in Holland.

Folks are encourages to bring their lawn chairs.
Refreshments are free.

Performers include Debbie Schuetter, Steven Wagler, Ray Major, Leslie Buse-Hamby and Scott Saalman.

Special guest is novelist, short story writer and IUPUI lecturer Sarah Layden, winner of the Allen and Nirelle Galson Prize for fiction and a two-time Society of Professional Journalists award winner.

Her work has appeared in Salon and Ladies’ Home Journal. She will be signing her new novel, Trip Through Your Wires, after the show.

To date, Will Read And Sing For Food has raised $103,000 for over 30 local causes and charities.

Admission is a $10 donation. Once again, all proceeds benefit Community Food Bank and Shared Abundance.
