The Jasper Police responded to a report of a man who was causing a scene at the north-side Citgo gas station yesterday morning.

On Tuesday Jasper Police faced a midweek drunk and disorderly as they responded to the north-side Citgo gas station in Jasper.

53 year-old John Layman

Jasper police arrived at the gas station around 9:30 in the morning to fine 53 year-old John Layman of Jasper drunk and belligerent and yelling at the clerk. Police made contact with layman who continued his belligerent behavior.

Police were informed that it was his third time at the gas station that day with all three visits being of a disorderly and belligerent nature.
