Current Blend along with Elevate Southwest Indiana will be holding a pitch competition this evening from 6 till 8 pm at Current Blend in Huntingburg.
Individuals and teams will share their business, innovation, or entrepreneurial idea before a panel of judges in hopes of earning prize money to invest in their start-up. This competition is intended to kickstart the entrepreneurial community of Southwest Indiana and the ideas it contains.
Each entrepreneur will have five to ten minutes to pitch his or her idea before a panel of judges. Visual aids such as a slide deck or PowerPoint are optional. There is no geographic limit for participation, but special consideration will be given for those within Elevate Southwest Indiana’s coverage area.
Anyone is welcome to enter the contest by emailing a paragraph outlining his/her start-up idea to currentblend@gmail.com. Contestants will be notified of additional event details as we near the competition date
In addition, the public is welcome to attend and watch the start-up pitches on the night of the competition.
