Local Sources- The Jasper Park Department has temporarily elevated three of the six Jasper Riverwalk emergency call boxes due to the potential of flooding.
Call boxes 4, 5 and 6 between the Dave Buehler Plaza and the 15th Street trail-head have been raised above their normal positions.
When the call box system was installed, City staff devised a method for raising four of the six units above typical flood elevations.
