A mix of freezing rain and sleet began to fall in the later part of Tuesday night with precipitation continuing in to the early morning hours.

We still are facing the potential for some light snow showers across the advisory area early this morning.

The National Weather services says patchy freezing drizzle is expected to continue into the mid morning hours. Snow amounts across southern Indiana are expected to be an inch or less.
