Indiana State Police Detectives and Crime Scene Investigators along with the Orange County Sheriff’s Department were able to determine that a 19 year old French Lick man believed he heard something in the woods and unholstered his handgun and pointed it into the woods. While attempting to holster his weapon the suspect discharged one round striking Allbright in the back of the head.

Indiana State Police and Orange County Sheriff’s Department Investigators do not believe foul play is a factor in this incident.
