Craig Himsel, age 86 of Otwell, Indiana, passed away at 4:26 a.m. Monday, December 17, 2018, at St. Charles Health Campus in Jasper.

He was born at Evansville, Indiana on April 16, 1932 to Rader and Lela (Craig) Himsel.  He married Rosemary Walters March 22, 1951.  She preceded him in death on March 11, 2009.

Craig was a farmer in the Otwell Community and also worked for Englert Furniture Store in Jasper.

His memberships; Otwell United Methodist Church where he served on many church committees.

Surviving,

One daughter, Brenda (David) Fuhrman, Otwell, IN

Three grandchildren, Timothy (Rachel) Fuhrman, Beth (Chad) Christenson and Brian (Mattie) Fuhrman.

Also Six great Grandchildren.

One sister,

Sue Ellen (Carl) Wening, Jasper, IN.

Preceding him in death besides his wife are one daughter, Barbara Ann Himsel.

Funeral services for Craig Himsel will be held at 1:00 p.m. Friday, December 28, 2018, at Otwell United Methodist Church with burial to follow in Burr Oak Cemetery.  The Rev. Jeff Pinney will officiate.

Friends may call from 4-8 p.m. Thursday, December 27, 2018, at the Becher-Kluesner North Chapel in Jasper and one hour before services at church.
