A Ferdinand man is facing several charges after being arrested on a warrant.

Court documents allege 23-year-old Caleb A. Dubon Jr. was in possession of methamphetamine July 5th in an incident involving theft and creating in impediment to an official proceeding or investigation.

A warrant for Dubon’s arrest was issued on July 18th from the Dubois Superior Court.

Dubon was taken into custody by the Huntingburg Police Department and booked into the Dubois County Security Center on Wednesday afternoon on the active warrant.

This warrant charges Dubon with: level 6 felony counts of obstruction of justice, possession of methamphetamine and a misdemeanor count of theft.

Dubon posted a $750 on the day of the arrest and is scheduled for an initial court hearing on Wednesday.
