An Odon man is facing several charges after allegedly attacking a woman.

The Daviess County Sheriff’s Office says a woman reported 56-year-old Foster Milligan went into her home to look for items he thought she had.

The woman then told deputies when she asked Milligan to leave, he attacked her.

According to authorities, the woman had a protective order against Milligan at the time of this incident.

Milligan is booked into the Daviess County Jail without bond on the charges of Invasion of Privacy, Strangulation, Criminal Trespass, Residential Entry, and Battery Resulting in Bodily Injury.
