Phase 2 of the 4th Street Heritage Trail project begins Monday, July 29th.
4th Street will be closed to vehicular traffic between US 231 and Geiger Street during this process.
The intersection of 4th and Geiger will also be closed.
However, pedestrian lanes will be clearly marked and remain open throughout this project.
