A two-vehicle accident took the life of one adult male yesterday morning.

Indiana State Police reports that yesterday morning, a two-vehicle crash occurred on State Road 161 near County Road 300 South in Spencer County resulting in the death of one adult male.

The driver of the second vehicle also suffered life-threatening injuries and was airlifted from the scene.

Indiana State Police Detective/Accident Reconstructionist Josh Greer and Trooper/Accident Reconstructionist Ross Johnson were sent to the scene at the request of the Spencer County Sheriffs Department to assist with reconstructing the crash.

Death Notifications have been made.

All inquiries regarding the crash and name of the deceased should be directed to the Spencer County Sheriffs Department.
