Dubois-Pike Federal Credit Union announces scholarships for local teachers to help offset the cost of classroom supplies. According to the National Center of Education Statistics, teachers spend on average $480 per year out of their own pockets for classroom needs.

To help support local teachers and in turn local students, Dubois-Pike Federal Credit Union is offering six (6) $200 classroom scholarships for a total of $1200 for area teachers.

The applicant must be a licensed teacher in a qualifying K-12 classroom. Applications are accepted until August 23, 2019. For scholarship application and requirements, please visit DuboisPike.org
