No damage is reported after a grain bin caught on fire in Holland Wednesday morning.

The Holland Volunteer Fire Department responded to a Balsmeyer Farm grain bin at State 161 and County Road 800 South around 8:05 am.

Fire Chief Adam Chambers says it appears lightning struck a light bulb in the bin, causing its contents to start smoking.

Firefighters spent three hours emptying the bin and putting water on the smoking contents.
