A Ferdinand man is facing OWI and obstruction charges.

Dubois County Sheriff Deputies say 55-year-old Kevin G. Mundy hit a basement house on Schnellville Road with his truck around 8:20 pm Wednesday.

Deputies say Mundy showed signs of intoxication, but refused all testing, even after deputies received a warrant requesting samples.

Mundy was booked into the Dubois County Security Center on preliminary charges of obstruction of justice, operating while intoxicated (test refusal) and driving while suspended (prior).

Mundy posted bond on Thursday evening.

Officials have not yet determined the estimated cost of damages.
