An Otwell man is behind bars after allegedly peeping into windows.

Jasper Police began investigating after receiving several complaints about a man looking into people’s windows, and fleeing before officers arrive.

Police took 40-year-old Michael Webb into custody on Friday night.

Police also believe that Webb was under the influence of marijuana and had been drinking.
