Drivers need to find another route when going through Ferdinand.
INDOT is closing State Road 162 just north of Ferdinand for an emergency pipe replacement project on Wednesday, June 16th.
The road is expected to be closed for one day, depending on weather conditions.
The official detour for this closure is I-64, U.S. 231, and State Road 64.
