Approximately 10 local donors and a $400,000 grant from Lilly Endowment Inc. made the home renovation project possible. The Community Foundation is also providing a grant to fund three months of start-up costs. In addition, a local donor seeded an endowment with the Community Foundation to help underwrite the future maintenance and upkeep of the home.
