Otwell man arrested on child molesting charges.
On November 17th, 2022 the Jasper Police Department began an investigation into 36-year-old James Blunk in reference to allegations of inappropriate touching of a juvenile under the age of 14. James Blunk was ultimately arrested yesterday was lodged in the Dubois County Security Center and charged with 2 level 4 felony counts of child molesting.
