Jasper Chamber reviewed the past year, welcomed new board members, named the Community Excellence award recipient and heard from Indiana Governor Eric Holcomb. They also recognized a truly dedicated member for all of their hard work, Christian Blome, as he received the JCOC’s President’s Excellence Award for 2023.
