A local Dubois County family needs help as their two-year-old battles a brain tumor. Two-year-old Bryar Rahman, daughter of Chris and Amanda Rahman of St. Anthony, is fighting her hardest at Norton’s Children’s Hospital in Louisville.

After being sick for 3 weeks and being on amoxicillin for strep Bryar was sent to the ER for fluids. She was kept overnight for fluids. The next morning she had 2 seizures.

She was then flown to Morton’s Children’s Hospital in Louisville where they immediately drained fluids from a mass on her brain and immediately removed what they could of a tumor.

At this time she is off the ventilator and the Doctors believe it’s a high-grade glioma. The family says Bryar’s posture has been the same since surgery and she is currently being fed through an NG tube.

A GoFundMe to help with expenses as they have 3 girls at home and one on the way in the next couple of weeks.
