Nancy Joanne (Kissel) Loveall, age 74, of Huntingburg, Indiana, passed away after a short illness, on Sunday, August 4, 2024, at The Timbers of Jasper nursing home. She will be dearly missed by family, friends, and neighbors. She truly never met a stranger.

She enjoyed good company with family and friends, playing cards and board games. She also enjoyed watching old movies, taking drives in her car, and cuddling with her cat, Callie.  As one of Jehovah’s Witnesses, she loved to learn about the Bible and share comforting thoughts with others.  She was well known and loved for her talkative nature and her sense of humor remained intact even through the hardest of times.

Nancy was born August 23, 1949, in Evansville to Arthur and Frankie (Knox) Kissel; and was united in marriage to Paul W. Loveall of Jasper on March 14, 1970, in Evansville.

After her father and mother passed away while she was young, Nancy was raised by her Uncle Durward B. Eblen and Aunt Etis (Knox) Eblen of Robards, Kentucky. Nancy graduated from Henderson County High School in Henderson, Kentucky in 1967. After marrying, she raised her family in Velpen, Indiana. She was a member and secretary of the Mutual Friendship Extension Homemakers Club of Jasper and a Pike County 4-H Club leader.  Many remember her as a Tupperware distributor and an employee of Paco’s Pizza & Mexican restaurant.

Nancy was preceded in death by her parents; husband, Paul W. Loveall; son, Mark J.  Loveall; and nephew, Dan Kissel.

She is survived by two sons and one daughter-in-law, Vincent (April) Loveall of Jeffersonville; Troy Loveall of Jasper; brother, Ron Kissel of Evansville and his longtime companion, Doretta; nieces, nephews, great-nieces and great-nephews.

Funeral services for Nancy Loveall will be held at 1:00 p.m., E.D.T., on Saturday, August 10, 2024, at Nass and Son Funeral Home with a private burial at a later date at Shady Grove Cemetery in Poole, Kentucky.
