Michael P. Beier, 42, of Huntingburg passed away Tuesday March 25th at Vanderbilt Hospital in Nashville, TN. Michael was born on February 26, 1983 in Huntingburg to William J. and Tina (Waninger) Beier.
Michael was employed at Toyota Manufacturing in Princeton. He was a member of Christ the King Parish, St. Ferdinand Church. Michael graduated from Forest Park High School, where he participated in the marching band, track, and the wrestling team. Michael was an avid hunter. He received his mechanics certification from ITT Lincoln Tech.
Surviving are his parents, William J. Beier of Ferdinand and Tina Beier of Huntingburg. One brother, Keith Beier of Ferdinand and a half-sister, Nicole Bromm-Fulcher of Ferdinand. His maternal grandmother, Hilda Waninger of Ferdinand, and his paternal grandmother, Delphina Beier of Jasper. He is also survived by several Aunts, Uncles, and cousins. Michael was preceded in death by his grandfathers, Frank Waninger and Carl E. Beier, and cousins, Scott Beier and Kurt Kraus.
A Mass of Christian Burial will be held at 11:00 AM on Thursday April 3rd in St. Ferdinand Church, burial will be at a later date.
Visitation will be at the church on Thursday from 9:00 AM until 11:00 AM.
