Emily Meyer has officially announced her candidacy for Dubois County Auditor, pledging a commitment to accuracy, transparency, and responsible financial oversight for county residents.

Meyer is running on a platform focused on fiscal responsibility, efficient record-keeping, and open communication between county government and the public. As County Auditor, she aims to ensure that taxpayer dollars are managed carefully and that financial information is clear, accessible, and accurate.

“Dubois County deserves an Auditor who is detail-oriented, trustworthy, and committed to serving the public with integrity,” said Meyer. “I am running to bring strong organization, accountability, and transparency to this important office.”

The Dubois County Auditor plays a key role in overseeing county finances, payroll, and financial reporting. Meyer believes her dedication to public service and careful attention to detail make her well-suited for the position.

Emily Meyer is a Dubois County resident committed to public service and responsible local government. She is running for Dubois County Auditor to help ensure efficient financial management and transparent county operations. Emily has experience as a Paralegal with Department of Child Services for 5 years and worked at Dubois County Community Corrections for 9 1/2 years.  Emily is currently working at Martin County Community Corrections.  Ms. Meyer sits on the board of Tri-Cap, CARES and volunteers for Crisis Connection.  Emily is looking forward to being more involved and giving back to the county that she has lived and raised her family her entire life.
