A  Washington man is still alive from an overdose, thanks to the fast reaction of a Washington Police officer and other first responders.

On August 3rd, First Responders were dispatched to Family Video for a 21-year-old male who had overdosed.

Police say if it weren’t for the fast reactions of WPD Officer Waggoner and other First Responders, the young man wouldn’t be alive.

Detectives continued investigating and obtained a search warrant for the residence of 45-year-old David Stoll.

On August 6th, the Washington Police Department, WPD Emergency Response Team, and the DEA Task Force executed the warrant.

Officers reported finding methamphetamine, syringes, and other items related to an ongoing investigation.

The following three people were arrested:

-45-year-old David Stoll on charges of Maintaining a Common Nuisance, Possession of Methamphetamine, and Unlawful Possession of a Syringe.

-46-year-old Shane Conner on charges of Visiting a Common Nuisance

-19-year-old Claudia Hopkins on charges of Visiting a Common nuisance
